  • The item is not a piece of original artwork. All original artwork is final sale. 

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Art prints and posters must be returned in their original condition, unframed and without any alterations.

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

2.2 Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within the specified timeframe. Provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

2.3 Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or if we made an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure its safe return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.

2.4 Refunds and Store Credit: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or store credit, as per your request.
